Kramer and length

Kramer patients: did you lose length?

I know I've asked this before, but it seems like I will lose length if things stay as they are.

Did your length grow back over the course of 6 months? How did it work?

Kramer specifically said he was worried about length with me and that's why he chose the AMS.

I haven't been able to pump it yet, but I think it's shorter.

I lost no length with Kramer. I don't believe I gained any following surgery either, but I rarely pumped it up and never followed any kind of inflation protocol. If I had perhaps I'd have gained some - no way of telling.

...I lost absolutely no length & gained a significant amount of girth. We discussed length in my pre-op exam. I asked Dr. Kramer whether in fact I'd get a similar erection size-wise to what I had experienced when using Viagra/Levitra. He said that with the AMS LGX, it should be almost identical & that in fact I would probably gain some length/girth through regular cycling because I had a lot of flaccid stretch. He was 100% right...currently I'm slightly over 6" when pumped & I appear to be gaining per Dr. Kramer's prediction. Regardless, I'm extremely happy w/ this bad boy right now...and so is my wife!!

Frogman: don't judge your ultimate length by what you're seeing now. If Dr. Kramer sent you home at about 20% inflated, it's gonna get a lot bigger...mine looked the same way...smallish & semi-"turtled", although I could feel some serious lead in the 'ol pencil already. Once I was cleared for takeoff, I pumped it up as hard as I could stand it...main problem was proper deflation...have that down to a science now...excellent move in going w/ Kramer...by most accounts (including yours truly), he's the current gold standard for penile implant surgeons...

I know it's tough not to worry about length after surgery, but you've got to give it some time.
My penis felt very hard after surgery, which made me believe that Dr. Kramer left me very inflated. This, however, was not the case. I was only left at around 10% inflated and had significant swelling that made me look even smaller. You should start seeing some dramatic changes after activation. My flacid size is now bigger than the erection Dr. Kramer left me with!
This time immediately after surgery can be nerve racking. You can't be very active, so you have nothing but time to think about all the what ifs. I was in your shoes 3 weeks ago and it was no fun. Things will begin to improve very quickly in a couple more weeks!

I wasn't done by Dr. Kramer, but by Dr. Scott Caesar in Cape Coral, FL, and I have a Coloplast Titan.

Now, as to length. Before surgery, I was less than 2" soft. and exactly 6" erect, using Trimix, which is the same as I used to be for years. I had a total turtle, due to penile shortness and obesity. Dr. Caesar left me partially inflated, and right now it is every bit as long as an erection used to be, and maybe 10% wider. Since it is a Titan, and based on what I read on this website, it appears I will be this length inflated or deflated, from now on. I could not be happier!

AMS or Coloplast, it appears to me that nobody loses any length if done by a surgeon who is very careful and considerate when he does the measuring.

Hang in there. You are going to love this!

I was the same as Pine85 and left 10 to 15% inflated. Lots of swelling due to scar tissue Dr. Kramer had to work through in the lower left side. Pain minor, bruising yes, length loss zero, and girth more. Even if I had lost a quarter inch so what as it would work now as before if was a Limp Dick and useless. One guy here took two years to recover all his length and he was pumping twice a day. I one year mark is coming next week and I have recovered what I had before most of the time. I will continue to pump everyday as I once was measured at 6.5" with my first wife and I always appreciated Kerry and her measurement. If I ever get back to what I was at 21 who knows and makes no difference as I have an erection whenever I want, wherever I want and looking forward to doing some of the crazy things I did when younger.

How many of us miss those wild times of oral sex in a car, stopping to have sex in a field while traveling, or doing it at the beach. So often we forget those times when young but shouldn't as life was very good for us. Stay young, remember and enjoy what you have now.

I am only just over 8 weeks out from getting my implant done and my girth is a little less then what it was but my length is totally what is used to be. I am hoping that my LGX will get my girth back over time. Dr Kramer suggested that I try trimix gel to help with my girth however I have not yet ordered the trimix yet but am going to soon.
