I am 3 months post op, AMS 700 LGX. Progressing normally I suppose, however, I am not sure how often and how long I should inflate. Some guys have said 10 min AM & PM, some say 1 hour. One guy said he inflates at bedtime and leaves it "up" all night. I have been inflating twice a day for 30 min, today I inflated more than usual and got sore after about 15 min. Tonite I inflated normally, not so rigid, and it feels good.
I no longer communicate with the surgeon, so obivously, his office would be of no help.

Sounds like you're doing just fine with the inflation routine. Twice a day is definitely the daily MINIMUM recommended dosage. At this early stage, "as long as you can stand it" is probably the best amount of timeline for you to follow. After a short while, you'll find that you will no longer be counting the TIME that it's inflated and will start just enjoying it. At first it stings a bit and perhaps even still hurts too. Take it easy, take it slow. Give yourself a proper amount of time to heal. As soon as you can start inflating to the MAX, and leaving it for some time, you'll know that you've reached the growing stage (next stage). If you haven't already, you will soon want to start keeping your implant as busy as you can get it to be. The idea is to keep the scar tissue growth to a minimum, and repeated use of your implant will help quite a bit with this. It should be all good from this point on!
