Tri Mix served me well for a decade, but after my recurrence, 35 radiation treatments and 18 months of Lupron, I am using a whole syringe and its not good enough. I decided it was time to go with an implant. I own company making surgical implants, and I have watched a lot of surgery. The surgeon is by far the most important part of the equation. Dr. Kramer has the hands. There is a lot to learn, but the hands you have to be born with.

Injections served me well for nearly ten years, but they eventually quit working, so Dr Eid fixed me up really good. I am now three weeks after implant, have had sex twice over the last week, and had grat orgasm and am very happy !

The beauty of the injections not working is that you are now in a corner "with no where to go and nothing to lose" -- that makes the decision to go implant easier since the upside potential far outweighs the downside risks/issues.

As my local urologist told me when I made the decision: "you are doing the right thing to get the implant"

Do it now. You can spend the rest of your life enjoying it instead of agonizing over it.

This business of aggressive cylinder sizing mentioned to you by Dr. Kramer is right on. I just had mine done here in SW Florida by Dr. Scott Caesar, and he followed that protocol. He put in the biggest Titan he could manage, and then left me with a substantial boner, which has already rendered my penis back to a size I haven't seen in years. There is no way I have lost the slightest bit of length.

I used the injections about 5 times (they worked) and then I said fuck this.....I didn't want to live my sex life having to do this every time I wanted to have sex......went for the implant and it was the best decision......I'm 2 months post surgery (Dr. Eid - maintained my length & increased girth) and fucking up a storm.....sex on demand is a beautiful thing......

Thanks for the good wishes an encouragement. My Surgery is scheduled for a Wednesday. I have a 1 1/2 hour return flight scheduled for Friday mid day. Is that too optimistic? I have a high pain tolerance and would prefer to do my recovery at home.

That's where I am, nothing works well enough now so the decision becomes and no brainer.
