How long after implant was sex pain free?

I'm 9 days out.
Activation in 5 days. Cleared for sex in 12 days.
Still have large bruises on the underside of my dick and some swelling/bruising of scrotum, mostly on the left side where the pump is. The pump is adhered to the inside of my scrotum and I can't exactly identify the parts.

Richard,
I'll be two months on 11 Mar and wish I waited. Sex hurt inside my dick. I'm young like you and would advise waiting a month to just be safe. I did and bleed a little and my balls were so sore and bruised from pumping. Don't risk it. I was dumb...

Where did you bleed from?

My pump also sticked to the scrotum and it took quite some time to get lose. The doctor told me to activate not before five weeks are over. That's what I did. Ok, I pumped it up after two weeks already and went into her. Came after a few seconds which was incredible. But because everything was very tender I decided to wait another three weeks.

Do you remember exactly how long it took for the pump to get detached from the scrotum?
My doctor has cleared me to pump at 2 weeks, which is this Wednesday.

Unfortunately I can't remember but it took weeks, maybe up to two months. All of a sudden the pump wasn't attached anymore. Don't force anything, I mean don't tear the skin, just be patient.

I started pumping twice per day On day 13.
First time I met my wife after surgery was after three weeks.
Had gentle sex that night and no pain. Just kept going from there, didn't take any break and had no pain.
I did feel a bit sore after sex during the first weeks. But nothing that could be called pain.
I definitely wasn't 100% healed after three weeks. That took a few months. But sex never hurted.
I masturbated first time the day after my first inflation. Some but very mild soreness.
Another thing worth mentioning is that at the beginning I could only pump 50-75% of what I can now. That meant my dick wasn't as hard as I expected it to be. That was some disappointment. The #of pumps and hence the hardness Increases over time with cycling and therefore you shouldn't use initial hardness as a gauge of end results. Just take early days' sex for a taste of what is to come. It'll get better and better.

You're seriously pushing the envelope here, you're like 10 days out and you're trying to activate at 2 weeks. You're going to do some damage, my friend. Basically no one (I know there's an exception or two) is going to activate at 2 weeks and want totally pain free at 2 weeks, especially in a 30 year old or less. Give it time, don't get mad and impatient when you're less than 2 weeks out and can't activate yet- you're going to mess up the good doctor Kramer's work...
Yea that's basically what he just told me. I'll wait 4 if I have to.
I just don't want to lose length.

Anyone feel that their pump may be preventing full penetration of it at the base of the penis like like mine? I have only been activated since Feb 15 and each time I have sex it feels like the pump gets pushed onto my scrotum area which causes pain and prevents full penetration. I sort of feel that perhaps my tubes should have been a little longer to permit the pump to hamg more to the side instead of at the base of the penis. The penis pain and scrotum pain was so bad after was the other night I had to take one of my left over OxyContin. I saw Kramer for a second follow up to address my concerns but he said everything look e fine. I also have a quarter size airblike bubble l/protrusion at the base of my penis just to the right after was but wh m o saw him it was no longer there as I had not inflated for several days maybe it's just one of the tubes

I agree about letting pain be the guide.
I would have to disagree about me being an extremely rare exception for activating at day 13. My doc was obviously concerned about my LATE activation. I had a bad swelling of the scrotum which made it impossible to find the deflate button before day 13. He said this was unusual and many of his younger patients started pumping during first week.
I also saw with my own eyes in his clinic a guy (~50 yo) pumping at day 4 without any bad pain.
But many, many have activates several weeks later and seems to be doing great. So wait till you are ready and till your doc think you are ready.
