Premature Ejaculation & ED condition after implant

Hi,
I've been visiting this site last few months & I'm loving it. I'm 33, single, having ED+Premature ejaculation problem since always. I also have semen leackage problem too. Whenever I go next to my girlfriend or watch porn for a while, little amount of semen comes out and I loose my erection which effects sexual intercourse. Last few years I'm on sildenafil but slowly its effectiveness is reducing. Now-a-days having few thoughts :

> Anyone else had same erection-killer semen leakage, I'm not talking about precum. It's literally destroys good erection to numb erection. Also I would like to add, I was a marathon masterbate-or in my 20s.

> Is 35 ok for implant or too early ? Is it ok, if I get implant before marriage ? Anyone here got married after implant & what was your spouse thought on that ? I hate to plan before sex and medication doses are increasing slowly.

> Does implant improve premature ejaculation ? Or I'll have to change my condom and start again ? Maybe, ask girlfriend to give BJ first and start fresh for her to enjoy ? How bionic guys are handling these issues ?

Thanks in advance whoever considering put some light on above matters. Cheers.

Since my implant, PE is history. 35 is not too young. If your dick doesn't work, get it fixed. 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

There's no such thing as too young.

I'm 29. Another guy on here is 28.

regarding premature ejaculation:

with an implant, you can ejaculate, and continuing thrusting as if nothing happened. So, your mode might be to try for two orgasms routinely.

The issue is that the swellling of the glans will stop after the first orgasm. That might not be an issue for you, since penetration and thrust capacity remain unperturbed.

(By the way, premature ejaculation often happens in guys with ED becuase they fear losing the erection, thus the system fires so that it is all over and "mission is accomplished". It therefore follows that, with all performance anxiety GONE, your ability to hold off will likely improve. Many say that one technique to hold off ejaculation is to do your best to "not make your dick hard by contracting the pelvic floor muscles"; in other words, keep all the pelvis muscles relaxed. With erectile dysfunction, you use those muscles to try to keep things hard, with an implant, thee is no need for contracting those muscles.
