Deflated - can you wear normal clothes?

When you have your implant deflated, can you wear it straight down just like a normal flaccid penis, or do you put it to the side or upwards? If the latter, isn't it uncomfortable in tight pants?

Almost straight down, same as it's been most of your life.
I'm 75 and got an AMS Ultrex in 1995. Had it replaced in 1999. Got a new AMS 700 LGX in 2013.

You'll need new underwear for your bigger impressive package. I'm 5.5 flaccid. 7 erect. 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

If you wear tight pants, there will definitely be a bulge. Even more so with a coloplast titan.

This sort of answers my new thread question, but I need to ask you did it increase girth when pumped up in relation to your best erection pre-implant ?
42 years old, Venous leak all my life. Pills worked but not so much then I foolishly did Scerothreapy (See young guys thread). Now totally impotent and just want an implant to stop me from completely crazy.

I'm old and wear much baggier clothes....never makes a diff.......
