I mean is there any problem for the sex with the implant if you have soft glans?
does it difficult the penetration?

I can't speak for myself here, but I have heard it is sometimes a problem. The problem isn't with soft glans, though, it is with the tubes being too short. The tubes of a properly sized implant should extend about halfway out into the glans. That will allow insertion whether the glans is erect or not, and sensation is supposed to be the same.

In my own case, it is as if my glans has become permanently erect from the Titan Dr. Caesar put in. I can constantly feel the pressure in the hard glans. It looks great and the feeling is sensational.

But did you have soft glans before the implant? Now you have blood flow in your glans or is it erect because the cylinders go deep into the head? In my case i only have full glans before the orgasm
Is your glans erect when you deflated too?

Since my circumcision, my glans has never been really soft, but since the implant it is pretty much fully erect all the time. Very nice.
