Bending to right since implant

Postby milesyj » Sat Mar 11, 2017 3:37 pm

I've never had any bends or Peyronie's disease in my life but since I had my bodged implant done it's always been bent to the right. Quick question, when I get my revision done does it make any difference about placement of my penis afterwards when it heals e.g. To the left and to the right alternatively incase it stays bent one way or another? Sounds silly but I have a sneaky suspicion it didn't help after my op having it always hanging to the right. Did anyone get told it's important to change sides each day after incase it bends and stays that way or is it simply because my op was bodged?! I've just had a letter cc'd to me from my surgeon to my GP saying how it's due to Peyronie's disease and how the implant we correctly placed. Having my op next month so getting a bit nervous and worried it goes right.

I was in a very similar situation three years ago. My original incompetent surgeon left me with a sharp left turn for the next year (until revision). Turned out he had "crossed" so both balloons were in the same cavernosa. Nothing would fix it except a revision. Of course HE NEVER TOLD ME THAT! My "second opinion" doctor in Nashville could hardly believe I'd never had Peyronies. He said 'I've never seen one come out like this. I can fix it for you but, seeing where you live, you should see Dr Paul Perito in Miami'.

Dr Perito hadn't seen one quite like mine either and, I believe, he saw fixing it as a personal challenge. After surgery he showed my embarrassed wife a phone photo of my new very straight dick. I healed quickly and was fucking in 17 days!

HOWEVER, when flaccid, it still wanted to bend, rather uncomfortably, to the left. As I started pumping for myself, he showed me how to "model" my dick so it would want to inflate straight instead of bent. As it was uncomfortable curled down and to the left, I "dressed" it up and to the right.Happy camper, lots of fucking! It all worked very well until about 25 days ago when I went to pee and felt a "flat tire".

As I heal from this revision, my "half hard??" dick has shifted from about a 45 degree bend to about a 22 degree bend. I've done a bit of "gentle modeling". I see Dr Perito day after tomorrow and expect to start cycling myself and "modeling".

Your dick, like mine, can end up completely straight, at least when inflated. Good Luck!!!!

Let's hope he revision fixes it then and will try and dress to either side alternatively each day incase it makes some difference. Here's to being on the straight...but not so narrow after the op then! Hoping the next one has more girth too but not holding out too much hope just incase  :?

I posted before and after pictures of mine. Linky thing here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7436
Same as you. Before implant no bend. After it aimed for the other lane of oncoming traffic and the ditch beyond. It is not perfect straight with the revision but is it awesomely nice to see that a competent doctor CAN fix this stuff. I love the revised version. M wife loves seeing the straight version too. Cheers buddy. Good things can happen. Perseverance and a decent doctor are key.

Ali.... You'll likely be able to "shape" it to straight (Dr Perito called it "modeling") as you begin to manipulate it. Basically, you kind of "bend it against the bend" as you inflate and kinda hold it that way for a while. I expect my visit with Perito tomorrow will start me cycling. My last one bent a fair bit to the left for the first few weeks but was straight as a arrow after a bit..... I've been "lightly" modeling mine for several days with visible results already.... Good luck!
