Howdy Have my activation weds 3/25 will be one month Dr saw me at 2 week said I could feel around and pump if I was up to it . I did locate the deflate button first and deflated . Then I did pump ..it was hard TO DO IT but I was able to pump I think. It rose up some not to 3 o'clock but maybe 4 . It felt a little harder but not as hard as I thought it might get. length seemed same as before pumping. Do you think I am doing something wrong ( I will see DR ON WEDS for true activation) I thought I would feel it getting harder as I pumped but I did not really feel anything .

Me personal situation... when my doc taught me how to cycle it he probably only pumped It maybe 5 or 6 times and left me to really pump it myself and I was okay with that. In retrospect I should have had him pump it till I couldn't stand the pain and see what I was working with. I went home that day and could only get to 15 squeezes Today 40-50+ when I'm Maximg!!! No pain a lil discomfort and 3 o'clock I just pump till I can't take it... Bottom line it's getting bigger and better with no pain every day

Practice makes perfect. The first pump should be quick to activate. After that, try slow steady pumps. Hold the bulb with one hand and squeeze with the other. After you can't get any more pumps in, wait about 10 minutes and see if you can get a couple more in.

Mine inflates to about 3:30. Is that normal?

Most guys are 3 o'clock. Some are more, some less. I'm 3 o'clock myself. I'd say you're probably not fully pumped if you're at 330. It does take practice to get it.
