One local surgeon commonly leaves his patients inflated post-oo at 80%. One famous surgeon typicalky leaves his patients inflated at 20%. What factors influenced the decision (if your Doctors shared that thought process with you)?

I was at 60%. I would have enjoyed it more if I wasn't in so much pain.

Had a large jockstrap with a lot of tissue paper and even larger sweatpants, but still looked like I had a serious erection.

Oh; last question. My doctor never shared anything about the logic for the 60% inflation but the consensus was that it was better to take care of the healing in the cylinders (penis) than in the reservoir (abdomen). It worked out well for me.
