Behavioral and Psychosexual Adaptation (to implant)

That is a phrase I ran across in a medical journal paper that stood out in a sentence referencing actual SATISFACTION
"Our study confirms that patients experience the highest satisfaction in the second half of the first year after surgery, suggesting a learning curve that does not just involve the mechanical aspects of prosthesis use, but also suggests that time is required for behavioral and psychosexual adaption."
Does anyone have comments about what changes they (to adapt between their pre-ED sexual activity and post-implant sexual activity) made? Adaptations both for sexual matters and non-sexual matters (e.g. "parking" in clothing, sleeping positions, deployment for urination, in bathing suit, in gym locker rooms, etc).
I also wonder if your sexual partners regard the new flaccid state differently than the pre-implant flaccid state (to play with or to look at). Does your partner enjoy just fooling around with the erection without coitus (foreplay, afterplay or just pointless play)?
These differences (some of them, anyway) have been mentioned many times in various threads, but usually in a vague manner or referring only to such things as size, the the angle of the erection, degree of rigidity (sometimes being too much for their partner) or difficulty of certain positions. I imagine there must be other adaptations.
As a pre-implant participant, I am intensely curious, particularly as regards differences in which implant is most affected by those adaptations.

I agree with the statement you quoted in this thread. It does take a while to get used to your new equipment. Once you get used to it though, it's your new normal. Imagine breaking in a new pair of boots. You are very aware of them at first, but slowly that goes away and you don't think about it anymore. It's kinda like that but on a different scale of course. I can tell you a change I have made since getting an implant. I like to "wear" my implant with a couple pumps. Shirt tucked in. I see women's eyes go straight there. Being single, it's fun.

;} Cool!
Getting looks is nice. Getting approving looks is better than getting disapproving looks. Which do you get more of, I wonder?

Wait til you're my age. You become invisible and nobody looks at you.

Apparently, ED2013 has given them something to look at.

I am a year and eight months since my implant, so all of the post-implant procedure bugs (and there are many) are gone.
1. Our sexual activity has increased three-fold from prior to my radical prostatectomy (RP) and about twenty-fold from after my RP to now. My partner likes the implant much better than before my RA when it would go flaccid sometimes during intercourse and we would have to start over again.
2. She notices no difference now when feeling it since it is established.
3. One perk you haven't heard much. The Titan is semi-erect all of the time as it is rigid in the flaccid state more than the AMS and WAY more than before. As a result, sex can occur at any time without ever inflating it and inflation is only needed for penetration but not for playing around with it.
4. Underwear was a problem with a sojourn of discovery. I went from portholes to commando to jockstraps to boxers and finally arrived at maximum bulge enhancing underwear. I got rid of all of my old stuff and I'm down to my dozen pair of Adagio, Howeray and John Sievers.
5. Yes it does show if you're not careful.
Hope I didn't discourage you.
