Orientation

Can all of you with the AMS 700 tell me if you implant was put in with the pump bulb at the bottom and the release button at the top? I still cant find the release button. :x

Yes, Larry, the release button is on the "top" (the side pointing toward the ceiling), where the inflation button is on my left (when holding it sideways to inflate or to deflate). I think there is something online that shows you that, but I don't know the link.

Technically, yes; that is the position the surgeon will place it. However, during the hearing process, it can move and as the pseudo-capsule develops around it.

On my AMS when I hold my pump to pump, the bulb is in front and the release directly behind the pump. I just move my fingers down and the release is there. I always use two hands to pump. I hold the pump with my left hand and pump with my right. The release is slightly raised just press and hold till it sets. You will auto drain just push your penis in toward your body and you will completely drain. The buzz feels so good.
