60 year old, 4 years post RRP. Had a Titan OTR implanted this morning. Out patient surgery, surgery at 8:30am was released to go home at 2:30pm. So far so good and so far no regrets. Compared to the prostatectomy today was a piece of cake but I know we have some rough patches ahead. Because of the RRP, I also have an abdominal incision (he used the same scar as the RRP) so I have a JP drain which is removed tomorrow.
I am icing and so far very little pain but will try to stay ahead of it.

Congratulations, and I must say that I'm impressed that you're online and posting the same day as the operation. I spent a night in the hospital for mine and really needed the recovery time (probably mostly due to the anesthesia).
Hope you have a speedy recovery.

This is day four and doing great. Moving a little slow but no significant pain at all. A little uncomfortable at times is all. Stopped icing after 24 hours and have not had much swelling or brusing.

Thanks guys. I am one week out back to work and generally feeling very little discomfort. For me, at least, ice for the 1st 24 hours then Ibuprofen when needed really did the trick. I am looking forward to taking the dressings off tomorrow and then will probably feel close to normal.

I was asked why I chose the Coloplast Titan rather than a AMS product. Because I have Peyronies we decided the Titan has greater straightening abilities. So far it seems like the right choice.

11 Days post surgery. Thanks to this site I feel like things are progressing in normal fashion. Without your posts I would be more concerned. My dick is extremely sensitive and hurts if I get up to fast or move wrong. There is also a very wicked curve to the left with a fairly large bump on the right, appears to be the base of one of the cylinders. According to some other posts these sounds like it might be normal and when inflatted will straighten out.
This clearly is the last frontier. We have all been through alot to get here so we tend to be a hardened lot. Thank God, because this implant stuff is not for the faint of heart.
