Did you lose sensitivity?

With a "normal" dick you can feel the warmth and wetness of a woman's pussy. You can also have it throb. Would it feel the same with an implant or does everything feel more cold and plastic, like with a condom?

Feels the same and the warmth inside the vagina is the same as being in her mouth. With more, nothing has changed.

That's great to hear. So basically there are no benefits to having a natural dick, except that you don't have to inflate/deflate and you don't have to get a new surgery every 5-10 years?

There's no advantage to having a dick that's dead. By natural I assume you mean not implanted. My natural dick was much smaller. My sensitivity is the same but it takes me longer to come. Not a problem, No PE ever again. No useless dick ever again. Is it worth having a new one put in every 10-12 years. Duh.

Till age 57 I didn't know the meaning of ED, couldn't understand that men could have problems with their dick. Mine was a bit over 17 cm long and quite thick. Girls and women admired it
Now the dick is not much shorter and still quite thick. I haven't lost any feelings, in fact, in my opinion the orgasm is more intense. To get ED was terrible - but now I'm glad that I have an implant - in my case it's even better than a natural dick. I'm already 67-years old which means the abilities for stable erections are not as good than years ago anyway. With the dildo inside my dick I can screw as often and as long as I wish, resp. till the lady is completely done.

If A "Batural Dick" can srill get and maintain an erectiin, there are several advantages over an implanted dick.
Spontaneity
Those wonderful morning erections
Being woken up by your lover stimulating your erection in your sleep
A natural erection generally points higher than an implan erection and may stimulate her G-spot better
"Hinge effect" a non-issue.
Compactness when fkaccid
Ease of deployment for urination
Scrotal comfort
Different men will have different degrees of the above. Of course, one will make one's own value judgement about "worth" of various attributes.

No. Does it matter that I do not speak from my own experience, but from the experiences of others?
