He!p sitting comfort needed

I'm 9 days post surgery. My scrotum is sore and if I sit upright it hurts. Any recommendations as to what to put under the twins to help cushion them.

My nuts were huge and very heavy and not too happy about the new neighbor. Check out my blogs. Lots of valuable and humorous info. I sat a lot and cushioned my nuts with a pillow. Even when sleeping nude. 'Hang' in there. It will get better. Lots better.
PS You have triplets now.
