My stretching routine.

This works for me. Your results may be different. Stop if pain gets bad.
You will need.
1 good hour of total privacy.
2 cups of coffee (optional)
Patience and persistence. (never rush the process)
This is what worked for me.
Start with 10 good pumps. Rest 2 minutes between sessions. Play with dick every time. Squeeze and stretch gently.
10 more - erection apparent
Massage and stretch
10 more - head firm
Massage and stretch
Measure length and girth - 7X4.5 now 7X5
10 more - ready for sex but not yet
Massage and stretch
10 more - nice and stiff bulb softer
Squeezing and light stretch very important
10 more - same
Massage and stretch
10 more - getting tight
Massage and stretch
10 more - slight tug on dick 10X
Play with dick a full 2 minutes massage and stretch
10 more - light stretch and hold 10X count to 10+
Hold head and pull up toward navel
10 more - repeat
10 more - do stretch and hold (pull dick straight out) and kegels together
Constantly massage dick

You should feel the stretch
