My stretching routine.

This works for me. Your results may be different. Stop if pain gets bad.
You will need.

1 good hour of total privacy.
2 cups of coffee (optional)
Patience and persistence. (never rush the process)

This is what worked for me.
Start with 10 good pumps. Rest 2 minutes between sessions. Play with dick every time. Squeeze and stretch gently.

10 more - erection apparent
Massage and stretch
10 more - head firm
Massage and stretch
Measure length and girth - 7X4.5 now 7X5
10 more - ready for sex but not yet
Massage and stretch
10 more - nice and stiff bulb softer
Squeezing and light stretch very important
10 more - same
Massage and stretch
10 more - getting tight
Massage and stretch
10 more - slight tug on dick 10X
Play with dick a full 2 minutes massage and stretch
10 more - light stretch and hold 10X count to 10+
Hold head and pull up toward navel
10 more - repeat
10 more - do stretch and hold (pull dick straight out) and kegels together
Constantly massage dick
10 more - repeat
Massage and stretch
Measure new length and girth - 7.5X5
You should feel the stretch
Gain of .5 inches in length and girth
Now your ready for sex!
And that second cup of coffee (optional) The coffee, not the sex.
Want to stretch it out? Spend some time on it. Waiting between 10 pump sessions and massage is vital!

I just put it together this morning. I'll do it every day for all of May then check if there are permanent results.

Good grief, that's a hundred and forty "good pumps!"

You should have gotten a Coloplast Titan. Ten ordinary pumps and it is as hard and almost as big as a baseball bat. Maybe I could get one or two more with some pliers, but I don't want to overpressure and break it. Just ten ordinary pumps gives me a major, serious erection, good for any sex you want.

I know right. But done in 10 pump increments and rest between is the key. It's also a fun way to play with your dick. :lol: 8-) :lol: :lol:

Oh, yes, it's a fun way to play with your dick, among others. I tried incrementally pumping several weeks ago, because some others had mentioned it. I got absolutely nowhere. Maybe it's because of a good job by Dr. Caesar, I don't know, but once the Titan has been firmly pumped, that's all she wrote. It's huge and it's hard as a rock. I couldn't even wish for more.

My routine is a work in progress. Hopefully as I experiment, it will take less pumps to achieve the desired result. I'm down to 120 pumps now. I'll keep tweaking it until I can develop a program that will help guys gain or regain their length and girth. So far it's working for me. One major development through. As I was doing my routine before bed, my wife said, Don't let it down, so she got a taste of my bigger and thicker dick and loved it. Guys this program is working for me. What can it hurt.
