Absolutely, yes.

Yes. What's nice is that it's not as difficult to reach orgasm with an implant than with pills or injections. The implant works more like your God-given penis. Pills and injections made it more difficult for me and some other guys to reach orgasm.

Sadly, many plantees had their surgery due to prostate complications. I had radiation treatments for prostate cancer and my prostate is no longer producing my 'milky white'. Some have had their prostate removed and are dry as well. Semen or not my orgasms are intense and absolutely no PE.

like DD above - I had prostate cancer. The seminal vesicles sit on the prostate and are removed with it, so no semen. AND, like many of the other guys, my post-RP orgasms are VERY INTENSE and seem to last 2 or 3 times longer than my "original" orgasms. I believe the little "pump" inside you that squirts the come out is "trying and trying" to get some come and just keeps (pleasurably) pumping and pumping...the result being longer and quite intense orgasms. Of course, I'd rather not have had prostate cancer in the first place and be able to shoot semen but the "super orgasms" are quite nice.........

Oh, ok. I see now. Thanks for the info.

Man... Are you serious about this? Like... Have you done any research at all before? Like, what's next? Asking if you can get an erection after being implanted? Or if to put the implant in you need to be operated?

I have done a lot of research and I actually think it's a reasonable question, even after having seeing prior posts on the topic
I personally have not had an easy time reaching orgasm without being stimulated to being hard by a natural erection (say if I have a flaccid it isn't exactly easy to reach orgasm). I think it's reasonable to ask if having an implant decreases sensitivity and if so the ability to orgasm. Some guys might have a tough time pre-implant so adding another layer of less sensitivity could be a big deal perhaps? I don't know but I think it's good to really understand

XO,
You are hoot. When I was 18, I could hit the ceiling. Now since my RT for PT cancer, I just dribble. It is rather pathetic and
sad . But my orgasms are intense and no PE. Forever hard, if I want to be. Love that implant!
