LGX come in different widths??

Postby dmikesaw » Wed Sep 21, 2011 10:28 pm

I know that LGX 700 implants come in various lengths, but what about diameter? Are they all the same diameter, or are there different widths available?

Yes they do, two at least This is from memory when I researched my planned lgx. 18mm and 22mm I think were the sizes. I think mine is an 18mm which more or less matches my natural non ved size. My doctor sugested fitting me with a larger diameter for increased grith but I opted to stay at or near my orginal size. My doctor is an advocate of the larger dia. and he sited studies that indicate that your partner will have more satifaction from the larger girth. So now is a good time to make that sort of decision.

No, we didn't talk about widths; that is why I am asking about it here. Mine appears much thinner than it did before the implant 5 weeks ago, however. That is what got me to thinking about whether or not it comes in different widths. I just assumed the surgeon would give me the largest width one(if they come in different widths)

give it some time,it may growa bit. I think mine did. You aked about errosion? No that didn't happen and antbody hwo had that happen may have given up and no longer come to this group., maybe, at least I am pretty sure I would. I was worried about errosion in the first few weeks or maybe nearly the first month after I started inflated. I was worried just because I could really feel the pressure in my glands from the tip after fully inflated. That passed pretty quickly. I did not "use" it for at least a month after activation, because of tenderness.

I am actually worried about my implant eroding through the frenum (the narrow part between the shaft and the glans). The tip of the left implant seems about ready to puncture the skin there (it doesn't go into the glans at all on that side).

Sounds like you need to contact your doctor. Unless you had some complications before surgery, the tips should be equal lenght and both into the glands. Sorry to hear you are possibly having problems.

I read over the operative report but it didn't mention the diameter, just the length. Someone said AMS keeps records of all implants so I will email them and ask what diameter it was.
