LGX questions

I have read the AMS LGX allows length expansion of 10-20%. Average around 18%. My question is percent of what? Percent of the length of the installed implant? Or percent of the length of the visible erection?
Also, is there any generally useful correlation between the length of the implant, and length of the visible erection? For example, I recently saw a post from someone with a 21cm implant (just over 8 inches if I'm not mistaken). He was looking at a visible erection length, I think, of under 5 inches. I gather a significant part of the implant is "hidden", as would also be true of a natural erection. And, part of the issue is also whether someone is overweight, since a fat layer will also hide some of the erection. Is the hidden portion of the implant (excluding the fat layer) pretty standard, or does if vary quite a bit person to person?
