Posting pictures

Can anyone give me instructions on how to post pictures here
Have to shrink pixels to fit on site. Use PicMonkey as it is free and can edit pics. Here is an example of how they turn out after adjusting. Go to attachments and try to add and if it won't it is because file is too large. Use picmonaey to reduce and try again. This was my first inflate last May and I learned using this one to start.
