Smaller Guys - Implant?

Hi everyone,

I noticed that a lot of the implant recipients are fairly well endowed. Do you know of any smaller guys (4.5"-5.0") who have had implants? Is a smaller-sized guy able to get implants?

Thanks

I think that -- as is common in much of life -- men who are "fairly well endowed" tend to be more comfortable showing their penises than we "smaller-sized" guys are, even on non-sexual but sex-related sites like this one.

I guess we're just not as forward about our size. The funny thing is no girl I have ever been with has had an issue with my size, and this includes both hookups and relationships. Perhaps some had an issue, but never said anything to me.

Regardless, I think I'm going to need an implant soon, and my fear is by the time I get cleared I'll shrink more, since I have not been getting erections or nocturnal erections. What kind of medical clearance do you need to schedule the surgery? Is this something I should bring up in my first meeting with the urologist tomorrow?

Prior to my implant, I was using a VED. Continually stretching my penis. I used it the night before my surgery. I lost .5" but gained it back with my stretching routine. I am 7 months post implant. I totally believe in pumping.

14 years ago, I was 6 3/4 long 6 inch girth. After a radical laproscopic protatectomy I lost nearly and inch in length. I used shots for years and maintained that size. After a return of my cancer, I had 35 radiation treatments and hormone deprivation Therapy (Lupron). the shot worked for a while but I kept using more and more tri-mix and loosing size during sex. By this time my length was down to 5 3/8 by 5 1/2 girth. After my implant I was 4 x 4 3/4. Now that I am cycling I am back to about 4 5/8 x 5 and gaining. I will be happy to get to 5 x 5. I have been amazed to find that the women in my life are just fine where I am and happy to have a man that can stay hard as long as he wants to. Two different women have confessed that they sometimes had pain or discomfort when I was larger.

So the old story..... not what you have but how you use it ! To a Point lol...I would not want to be any smaller than I am now. But, at least I know that I will keep what I have and likely more in the future.

I intend to keep up the stretching exercises for till at least the 90 day anniversary perhaps longer. DDbryan has a good stretching routine on the site, and I'm doing something similar. It will interesting to see the results. FYI I am 45 days post op.

I am a smaller guy. With my implant I am about 5". I didn't loose an at all after my implant. I did gain in girth however.
I tend to agree with Dave R about about us smaller guys not always showing. So, I agree that there are many smaller guys with implants.
