If the implant does not increase your length, and you are sized correctly why do people say that the lgx increases in length compared to the titan which they say do not?

Perhaps the best explanation is that the 700 LGX gets smaller on deflation by about 15-20 %. So a fully erect penis with an AMS 700 is allowed to shorten as it is deflated. The Titan maintains it length as it deflates and softens. SO therefore, when pumping up, the AMS 700 increases in length to return to the fully stretched length....a grower a to speak.

Thanks shooter what you said makes sense to me but as I have been reading other comments over time it seems that they are stating that they gain more length from the lgx over time. Some have stated looking to gain length between 6-18 months which don't make sense to me if you can only expand as far as you can expand.

Everyone gains length during the first 6-18 months when cycling the implant, regardless of the model.
