I would love to hear how everyone is going day to day with comfort. I am now over 100 days and my Titan is living up to and beyond all expectations in its primary role.
Flaccid, my penis is 155 mm (a little over 6") and erect it seems to have maxed out at 170 mm (about 6 3/4") and is 140 mm (5 1/2" in circumfrence..... I know many others are getting 7" plus but I am very happy with the result because obviously it's amazing to be able to have an erection that really 'performs' after suffering ED for a couple of years.
I have a bit of a hinge when fully deflated and sometimes it becomes a little uncomfortable. I find it better to have it partially inflated BUT this creates a lump in my shorts. I also now sleep with my implant a little more than half inflated. It just feels better.
Any other brothers with stories about comfort? I imagine AMS stories may differ to Coloplast ones.

Mine has been perfectly comfortable since my surgery in 2008, for which I'm thankful since it has never been used. It tends to autoinflate just a bit, so every night in the shower I deflate it as much as possible and then during the day it does not present any kind of problem.

Sorry to hear about your stroke.
Titan works just great but when it's deflated the cylinders have a kink that isn't as pronounced when they are partially inflated so I just have have a slight erection to be comfortable. Not a big deal and perhaps over time the cylinders will soften.... I am only just over 100 days as a bionic man.
