Anybody had an "erosion" (where the front tip of the implant pokes out)?

My understanding is that erosion used to be a problem. But the hard tips like on my LGX have made that issue very rare. I haven't heard of anyone having that problem in quite a while.

I wonder if this holds true for the Titan also?

dmikesaw, In some rare instances, the GLANS is not big enough to handle the chambers from the LGX. The doctor will measure your dilated penis during the operation and insert the proper sized implant. But sometimes they don't take into consideration that the GLANS is too small because he/she only sees it on the operating table, fully inflated. Then, after the operation, the tips of the chambers do not stay inside of the GLANS because they're too big, and the recipient thinks that he's been shortchanged or has the possibility of erosion. I have heard of this happening more than once. Perhaps, just perhaps, you will only need to inflate it to 80% when you have intercourse. You WILL get used to everything that you have. It will take time and a bit of chilling, just know that you will eventually get there.
Have you called your doctor YET to ask any of your dozens of questions? You paid them very good money. You should get their opinion.
Please realize that none of us here, although all of us are very well intentioned and have lots of experience, NONE OF US are medical professionals and you should see the advice of a professional

Agreed with seeking a professional. I cant help but think that the main cause of this is how the implant is put in by the doctor. Possibly too far forward into the head?

Just to clarify, I am not worried about erosion through the end of the head/glans, but rather erosion of the tip on the left side BEFORE it even gets to the glans/head (ie, through narrow part between the shaft and the head/glans). Similar to what you can see in the picture..........
