Pain after implant surgery

I'm 27 days post surgery, I'm still getting the throbbing feeling and sharp pains that are kind of frequent. I mean the pain is tolerable just annoying and I don't want to have to feel like this everyday for the rest of my life. I cycle through at least twice a day pump it up for at least 30 minutes then deflate. Just wanted to know how long had it taken some of you all to not feel any pain or throbbing after surgery. Implanted with 28cm +1cm extender Coloplast Titan on April 28, 2017 by Dr. David Ralph from London in Dubai during a Master Class Workshop. I look to this forum for peace of mind knowing I'm not alone and can give me advice and encouragement to know what i will be looking forward to. I guess I'm a little paranoid having this implant. Looking forward to replies and suggestions.

Stabbing pains are normal with a Titan. I was warned by others who got one before I got mine. The Titan material is stiff, crinkles and has kinks. Over time it gets better or your body gets used to it. I do not know which. In a week I will be 3 months out and it has finally started to improve for me. Getting to this point sure was uncomfortable at times though. Cheers man. Hoping for the best for you. You have a supercharged dick now.
