Pretty much the same, pump it up a little and go. You know like when you were a kid , experiment, and go with self education.

Feels the same and sometimes I will pump all the way and use a Fleshlight for added fun.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

Before my implant. I use to 'rub one out' literally. Now I can masturbate with a flaccid as the implant keeps me stiff enough or I will pump it up first. Masturbation has always been incredible for me but I think it's intensecified since the implant. My orgasms are intense Always have been.
