Day three, woke up in pain. My sack is as big as grape fruit, maybe bigger. I can't even palm my nuts with one hand. Everything is sore.
just got a frozen pea pack. Waiting for the wife to get back from taking my son to work, she has hidden the pain pills. Damn uncomfortable at this moment. Hagging in there.

Does get better. Day by day. Best advice stay off your feet. Lay flat. Maybe even elevate your feet a little. And oh yeah, peas are great. I know pain pills help too. I switched to advil quick because of the constipation. Gonna be hard enough to drop a deuce with the pushing. Im 2.5 weeks post op and except for the remainder of stitches pulling i feel fine. Its just putting some time behind you. Hang in !

Day 4
Woke up a little sore. Popped a few pain pills, feeling good now. Balls still swollen. Staying off my feet, and relaxing. Quite honestly, the pain pills help me to relax. My wife and I are going to the post office and going to get coffee.
When can I expect to get back on my Feet?

Definitely the most discomfort I've had today. I can feel the pump in front of my right nut. Is this ok. Now my dick is swelling up to. My nuts are like small oranges. Can't wait to take a pain pill in an hour. But to be honest, I was on my feet for a few hours today, probably set my recovery back some. I'm on the couch now, with an ice pack.

Small oranges? Mine felt like softballs. Every day will be better than the day before. Rest easy bionic brother.

Ed,
Dont rush it. I felt good on day 4-5 & spent too much time on my feet. Caused some setback with swelling & some pain. It passed but I definately overdid it too early. So, my advice is to just relax. If you can do without pain pills, advil is better if you get swelling. Like Donnie said, today is always better than yesterday. That being said, give it a good week. Dont over do it.

Damn, I need to heed these words! Feeling better each day, the swellingness has gone down even more. We have a dryer that went out just before I went in for surgery. So today, day 6, I'm feeling better, so my son and I took the dryer apart. We fixed it. I had to run out To get screws from Lowes. Then I had to go to doctors office to get a written script for pain pills. I did a lot of running around. So after all of this, I was sore, duh. So now, my butt is planted in front of TV. Going to try and take it easy tomorrow. And Friday I have an appointment with the doctor! I have some low level pain where the pump is. I guess this is normal.

G'day Slip
sounds like it's all going according to schedule.....it will all unfold as you heal and heal you will.
Once you get off pain medication it really does start to improve.
Don't rush it and do exactly as your surgeon says.
In 60 days time you and your wife will be having great fun with your new bionic fun machine
