Hi Mr. Bryan and hope all well... I took a picture of an 18cm cylinder which you can see below.

From the bottom of the cylinder to above the input tubing is approx. 3cm... As we know, this portion does not inflate.

That said, around 15cm of the cylinder does get the saline and inflate. The end of the cylinder and the extenders are inside the body plane and Dr. tries to get the tubing to exit at the base of his incision.

Hope this helps and so glad you are getting the result you describe... I think that your stretching technique has really benefited you and is paying dividends!
