Advice before consultation...

I've had varying degrees of ED for several years, and my robotic prostatectomy in March has made it complete. I was considering an implant last year - before the cancer diagnosis and surgery - and now think it is the only choice left.
Per doctor's orders, I have been pumping pretty much daily (no constriction rings). I have tried Tri-Mix (way too painful - and ineffective) and 2 formulations of Bi-Mix, which work - sort of. Have been able to have intercourse once, but it was far from satisfactory.
My RP surgeon (David Lee, UPenn) suggested I see a colleague (William Jaffe, UPenn) for testing/implantation. Appointment is coming up on Monday. I have a bunch of questions for FT members:
** Is there any point to having any testing, like Doppler? Does it really matter why I can't get erect?
** Any questions anyone can suggest that I should ask D. Jaffe? I intend to get a consult with Dr. Kramer, also. Then I have the big decision -- who to entrust my dick to?
** I was small to begin with, and now after the RP, I practically have an "innie". Almost have a man-gina. When I can find it and pull it out, it stretches to barely 5", as well as when I pump it with VED. I look forward to being a "shower", but wonder if there's really enough to work with, and am concerned about losing anything more in the process.
** The PCa diagnosis put an end to my TRT, and now my T level is 50. This sure can't be helping with the ED issue. I hope to get back on the T after a few more good ultraPSA's. Any thoughts or experiences?
I'm anxious to get this done, but more and more nervous by the day. Any ideas/comments will be appreciated.
