Zephyr implants

I was flicking through a Google images search and something caught my eye:

So it appears there are at least three manufacturers of 3-piece inflatables. I had no idea.

Interestingly, the training video demonstrates extension with use of not only proximal extenders (RTEs) but also distal ( the end near the glans) extenders. Don't know that I'd be too happy about the latter if it were me...

They also advertise girth as being a benefit of their device. It looks like a little like a Titan knock-off.

Very interesting thread. Wondering if any of the US high volume Uro's are considering another entry to the game.

It is a matter of the company's intention to file for all FDA filings to be evaluated, inspected and if approved, to enter the US market.
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.
