Some implantees wear nothing in the days/weeks after implant. Some wear some kind of jock strap or medical supporter. Some wear compression shorts.
All this to assist healing of the scrotum.
What are the relative merits of each approach, the whys and cautions, the indications and contraindications?
Thanks in advance for any understanding you all can share.

I went directly to Commando underwear, and was very comfortable. Still wearing them (hehe). Nice and cool.

I went with those new cool synthetic fabric tight boxer shorts. I like them. They're cool and they keep your package tight. I don't think I'm going back to the old cotton briefs. And I have a nice bulge now.

My question is focus3d on the first days after surgery, not far past first activation.

I used the jock strap over pouch underwear for the first 2 days. Then just pouch underwear worked for me

i kept the jockstrap and the bandage for 72h. now id rather have a large short or be naked because the small erection cause me discomfort with my regular underwear
