Sex as Exercise

A pleasant side efffect of my implant is that I am having so much sex and having the time of my life. The only problem i have is that I can't keep up and get exhausted after hours :D of great exercise.

I need some exercises designed for the implanted that wil give me lots of energy so i can go for hours on end, as i write this, i am sweating like a pig and panting with exhaustion, i know i can go longer but i need my FrankTalk brothers help with any exercises you know to increase my endurance.

Running is good for your health and endurance......especially when running from women's husbands when they get home.....it's a great endurance builder.....one thing to remember though, always run serpentine (zig zag) because the husbands sometimes have guns.....this is also good for your agility.......

So there is a thing in sports science called SAID. It stands for Specific Adaptations to Imposed Demands. What it means is that you get better at doing something by doing that thing. If you want to do more pull-ups, then do some pull-ups. If you want to get better at bench press, then go bench. If you want to fuck longer, go fuck more. If you want to get real about it you can practice your motions; maybe put some resistance lol. But yeah, do some cardio too.

Considering that many men here may still be fucking more with an implant but may well be quite a long time past going out running, it's worth mentioning general health.
1. Consult a sports physiotherapist and get a program that doesn't put hips, knees and ankles at risk. Commonsense says that if you haven't run for 30 years, you need advice so as not to injure yourself. Swimming, cycling and brisk walking may be better options for the 55+ year old gentleman who wants to bang like a 19 year old.

2. If you can't see your toes (or cock for that matter) because your gut is in the way perhaps you should address your consumption habits (alcohol AND food).... you don't need expensive frozen diets, or corporate sells (Jenny Craig) you just need the same will power you harnessed to go get an implant. It's pretty simple: Less IN and more OUT

But then commonsense isnt all that common ;)
