After all is said and done, and everything is healed and working properly no more post op procedures / cycling etc., what does it feel like? Does having the implant cause discomfort ie sitting, riding a bike, excercise?

If it's done right, you don't feel it till you need it. You know it's there because your dick is bigger.

I had a comfort issue with the Titan . After releasing it to a flaccid state it would slowly refill to a partial erection. Also with that stiffening the tips would press against the under side of my penis at the head when i was laying on my back. I have head complaints on it refilling but not on the problem of it being partially erect pressuring the underside of the penis. I was fearful that it would eventually wear thru as the only barrier was the thin skin.

How long have you had your implant? Who was your doctor?

I've heard that about a Titan. Some guys keep their implant inflated a little. Me I prefer total flaccid.

I had planned to do a 4 month implant update on my Titan today. May still if I have time tonight. Flaccid this Titan has been a puckered crinkly thing with corners jutting out and a constant source of discomfort. For a while I could not wear underwear with it, just had to let everything hang due to dick discomfort (hurt). Lately it has been less of a problem, actually starting to get comfortable. Merrix told me it would but it would take a few months time. As usual, the man is right. I do not know if this trend will continue to the flaccid comfort level of the LGX but it is now headed in that direction. The large and stiff tip extenders are less of a discomfort issue now too.

My experience has been the same with the crinkling and the bend with the corners poking out however with lots of cycling and also lots of pussy time my implant is slowly feeling like 'part of me.'
I do still keep a few pumps in it during the day for the most comfortable ride.

I don't have any discomfort at all. I am pretty active for my age and most of the time I am not even aware it's there until I want to f**k. Or as my dear wife says "make mad patient love". :D

I got the implant 5yrs ago by a local urologist. In addition to the comfort issues there was also a problem with some sort of mass that formed around the pump the size of a cue ball. The doctor thought it may have been an infection and treated it as such but that did not clear it up and it turned out it wasn't. After several months the doctor offered to remove it after it was causing me a large amount of stress. Part of that problem was due to problems with the implant and the other half was due to my job which was a very high pressure one. I also had problems with water forming under my penile skin. That was five yrs ago, now I am retired which solves the stress problem and I am ready to try it again. I talked to my doctor at my last annual check up and he said another implant could be done. I plan on making an appointment next month to discuss and plan it with him. I believe I might do better on comfort issues with the LGX and am in a better frame of mind to be patient and work out other problems which may arise.

Some occasional discomfort.. Cold glans is the worst of it... Rare "refilling" issue...... ALL WORTH IT!!!!!
