Anyone know about NLMT?

See viewtopic.php?f=6&t=186 I wonder how widespread the use of this "NLMT" is. Also what is it? Has anyone had a discussion of this with their surgeon?

The increase in implanted length is significant, a little over 3cm.
22cm Coloplast Titan OTR implanted Feb 2012 by Dr Francois Eid in NYC.
