4 Months Out, Best Underware & Life Changes

Hey guys, been wanting to write for a while... Feel like I know most of you on here....lol....Had my implant (Titan) in Tampa at USF on Feb.27, 2017 by Dr. Rafel Carrion. Bada Bing!
Have had ED since I was 18, and have tried most "fixes" for most of my adult life. Pills, rings, shots etc. you name it.....Developed Peyronnies about 2 years ago and that was the final kick in the ass.... I ddint find this site untill after my surgery so as each day passed and I had more questions, I found a lot of answers on here. I'm grateful for all who posted and shared their experience. Probably learned more about this subject than I wanted to know...lol...
4 Monrhs later, the pain has subsided, the pump is in the right spot, dick is about the same size as when I started, curve is very minimal and I have to remind myself I can have sex anytime which is a major shift in thinking. This has been the most significant life changing experience I have had in 40 years....New car, house is nice.... but this! I dont have to tell you guys....lol.....I feel a lot of gratitude to my Dr. and the others that have cum before me.. (no pun imtended)
3 observations today that are my takeaways.....
The surgery and recovery were more intense than I imagined......It hurt to type....lol...part was due to the correcting of the Peyronnies....
The only comfortable underware I wore during recovery and my prefefrred now is UFM(Underware for Men).. Its a great product and made to order for dicks that are bigger soft now than mine was for 30 years....https://www.ufmunderwear.com Great for everyday use and sports too.....I use for tennis 3-4X a week.
The implant leaks back into the penile tubes (especially at night) and seems like I got an erection which I know isnt possible.... Also at times, its difficult to squeeze the pump. It takes a lot of force to "pop" it.....and then it works fine. I have tried squeezing the valve and bulb simultaneously which can work sometimes. Just part of the landscape now....
Thank you all again who provided great support and information during and after my recovery.
Regards from Orlando......
Mike
