Cylinder Diameters

I think Donnie's is the only signature that I have seen that indicates the diameter of his cylinders (12mm). Do the AMS products come in various diameters? If so, does anyone know what they might be, and how they are measured (un-inflated or neutrally inflated or fully inflated). I'm guessing that since the natural flaccid girth of guys varies so much, so too does their corpora. Sort of "skinny dick gets small diameter cylinder, fat dick gets large diameter."
Also, if there are different sizes, what's the delta between uninflated and fully inflated?

No different size in diameter .18mm fully inflated for AMS CX and Lgx.
22mm for Titan
Ams Cxr is additional type of implant with smaller diameter for penis with scarring or fibrosis..

The final size of your implant depends from your natural size. Bigger penis, bigger girth after surgery.. But the girh of device is only one, 18 for AMS /22 coloplast

AMS does have the 700CXR which has shorter, narrower cylinders (as small as 9.5mm).
AMS 700
The AMS 700 CXR prosthesis is designed for a patient with an
anatomy that requires shorter and narrower cylinders. It is also useful
for penile prosthesis revision procedures.
The AMS 700 CXR Prosthesis components are configured as follows:
• Standard AMS 700 Pump and cylinders are preconnected
• Infrapubic package has 16 cm tubing connecting pump and
cylinders
• Penoscrotal package has 9 cm tubing connecting pump and
cylinders
• Reservoir: 65 ml (spherical reservoir only), 100 ml (spherical
reservoir and AMS Conceal Low Profile Reservoir)
• Cylinder diameter: 9.5 mm-14.5 mm
• Cylinder lengths: 12 cm, 14 cm, 16 cm, 18 cm
• Non-stackable Rear Tip Extenders:
Two each—0.5 cm, 1.0 cm, 1.5 cm, 2.0 cm, 2.5cm, 3.0 cm
(packaged separately)
• Cylinders expand only in girth
• Cylinders, pump and reservoir have InhibiZone Antibiotic

I measured my girth today using a flexible, very accurate small plastic measure and found that my girth had increased over 2 months from 142mm to 150mm. I believe this is because the Titan cylinders (and pump) have softened and are now able to stretch and move more easily.
I put this down to my twice daily cycling program of pumping up to discomfort level and maintaining it for what I calculate is an average of 20 mins each time.
I know that the recommendation is for 1 hr at a time, but I don't always have that much time to dedicate so I stick with consistency.
With the Titan having 22mm cylinders x 2 =44mm ...and my current 150mm circumference divided by Pi (3.14) = 47.8mm.... it is completely logical that with the flex in the cylinders, a diameter of 50mm or slightly more should be attainable when factoring in the existing tissue of the penis.
This would predict a circumference of perhaps 155mm to 160mm after 2 years of cycling.
It will be interesting to see how it ends up.

We have the same size in out Titan's... hoping that my girth will improve like yours. I just started my cycling on Monday, twice daily, for 30 minutes each time. Did you gain in any length? From what I have read, that is not possible...Just curious

I would love to say I am seeing a gain in length but alas, nothing discernible ..........however girth has definitely increased and it stands to reason because the cylinders have the capacity to stretch outwards/sideways.
Lengthwise? Can't see how

Okay... that is what I thought, but never hurts to ask ..

On June 15th Dr. Eid told me that Titan models increase in diameter the longer the implant is. Therefore, according to Eid, a 24cm titan will have a larger diameter than a 22cm. He also said that all the AMS models are the same diameter regardless of their length.
I guess one could call Coloplast / AMS and find out real quick.

I do not know if this would help, but I saved this photo from someone else's posting.
