I have been told that riding a bicycle would be okay with my implant, but that I should get a special seat (with a slot/groove in the middle) so there isn't too much pressure on the implant. Any other bicycle riders out there? If so, have you had any problems? Been able to find such a seat? Please share.......

Cyclist here, but I don't have an implant (yet). Cycling saddles with a cut out slot are very common, and you need not go to a cycling shop to buy one. Nearly any place that sells adult bicycle accessories should have them among their saddle choices. By having the relief slot, there is less pressure on the perineium and the arteries do not get compressed.

Cyclist here as well. A few of my friends have recomended the Adamo Saddle. You may want to check it out. My friends said it took a bit of time to get adjusted to it but now that will not have any other. Google it and you will see their web site.

College student here....which means I bike every day. I have NO issues with a normal bike seat. I would have thought all of these types of activities would get in the way of the implant but they dont! its awesome.
