8 months out

Today, I took a measurement and compared it to my pre-op measurement. My problem was ED and peyronie’s.

Before, I was 4.5 inches long when fully erect, using a tape measure since the bend backwards was almost 90 degrees. Now it is 4.5 inches long and straight as an arrow.
Before, I didn't think about my penis. Then, for about 6 months it was all I could think about since it was so sensitive.

Now, I am happy to report that as of 8 months, the sensitivity has reduced, so that it doesn't have to be a problem.

I'll be happy to answer questions.

I understand what you are saying.
I am over 6 months out and everything has settled down nicely.
I didn't really measure myself before the procedure but now find myself 150mm (6") flaccid, about 170mm (6 .7") long when inflated and have increased my girth form 142mm to 150mm with twice daily cycling where I pump up to 'discomfort' level and try to hold for at least 30mins (as recommended by Coloplast).
I don't feel that I lost very much, if any at all. Maybe a few mm due to ED and age? ......which is fairly common I think because I stopped having regular night erections about 2 years ago.
It feels like increasing girth is quite achievable but gaining length probably isn't.
