1. Spending a lot of time looking at my erect penis what a nice sight after
what I had been looking at over the years.

2. My penis goes from semi hard to hard with out me doing anything to it
nice but I don't understand why.

3. When It gets hard I can sometimes feel the tips pressing against my glans/
that gets painful.

4. When I am semi hard and laying down my cylinders have a noticeable bend
at the base which causes some pain from the weight of my upper shaft.
I can also feel uneven lumps in my cylinders at this time.

5. When the cylinders feel hard or full my penis feels and looks perfect.

6. Hard to hide that erection when going out but it sure reminds me of eighth
grade

7. Pump still feels tight to my right testicle hoping time will loosen it some

8. Urgent urges to urinate when laying down at night. Getting up two to
times at night. Before implant could go the whole night without the urge.
When I get that urge my penis get hard as a rock.

9. Have been getting sexual twitches which I thought would not happen

My biggest fear of pain I think has passed and now I am hopeing the urination
and pump issue will resolve itself with time so that I can reap the rewards
of this journey.

Did you have the problem before the implant or after? I started this after the implant.
Did your Titan bulge at different places before your activation?

After my implant. One other thing that locking after deflating can be tricky. I pump it once after it is deflate but it still auto inflates. Coloplast guy says it will loosen up.

I am not at the pumping stage yet but it still seems as if it inflates and deflates at will. Sometimes I am semi hard and comfortable and then it seems rock hard and sore. It never completely deflates
