I haven't received my implant yet. Will it destroy my implant if I pump it to almost rock hard before a 45 minute date with the hope to go to somebody's place after. I am assuming I will have to tell my partner at some point. Is it nerve racking to think of pumping up my device with the other person watching?

If you can master a good one handed pumping technique and then find a way to couple that with for play, you won't have to put up with trying to hide your "joy" for as long. Other answer, neglecting discomfort should work,

You could excuse yourself to go to the restroom at the end of your date (before going to the place for sex) and pump up then. In my case, having a full (bionic or natural) erection for the entire date would be way too distracting.

No worries man, you can pump it up in no time. I think a lot of ladies will be intrigued by it. If I were you, I wouldn't try to hide it, and be up front about it. But if you don't want to tell the lady, go to the bathroom, and pump it up in less than 30 seconds, and come out and give her some hard wood. At that point she won't care. I think some guys pump it up some in advance, and then all they need is a few pumps to get rock hard.

If it were me.... I would practice one hand pumping...
Then just perform oral on her.. use one hand to roam while your tongue keeps her distracted, and pump with the other hand.

Not sure about the deflate.. may take two hands, or not. But she may think it strange if you never get soft... haha

After a short period of time you will be able to pump up using 1 hand.....I'm left handed and at one point had a minor injury to my left hand.....I had to use my right hand for about 4 weeks and became quite adept inflating & deflating with my right hand.....now I'm ambidextrous with regard to inflating and deflating....it's prudent to be able to manage your new junk with both hands separately.....

Now,.....from behind, kiss her on her neck & shoulders and nibble on her ear all the while pumping with 1 hand.....either one.....
