HGH to speed up healing & reduce risk of infection

This may be interesting for anyone doing an implant in the future, or for when you are scheduled to have a revision. HGH (Human Growth Hormone) is quite easy to obtain from a Doctor specializing in anti-aging, as it is something that is naturally lowered with age. It does not carry any significant risks taken in normal dosages.

It has been proven to do two things when having surgery:

1. Improves healing time (will cut it pretty much in half)
2. Decreases the risk of infection

This may be something I would take myself, starting a couple of weeks before surgery and continuing for another 4-6 weeks after surgery is done. I am also thinking that the more you will speed up healing, the less scarring will happen and the more size you will keep.

Better consult your surgeon before you start. My thoughts would be that if it is beneficial, why wouldn't it be recommended by physicians before all surgeries. Just my two cents worth

It has some stigma around it since it is often used illegally by bodybuilders (it helps to grow muscle and cut fat). Doctor's also have the motto of "do no harm". I also don't think most Doctor's are very familiar with HGH or other peptides, it is not something advertised by big pharma (no money to be made as you can't patent it).

My "pretty sharp" friend a few years back was using it for body building and basically went nuts.... Lost his business and wife. Last I heard he was trying to get his money back from the Nigerian email 'I have 2x million dollars.... send me your bank info'.......

I'm with LMCatman. HGH is hormone. Why bother with. I'm 10 weeks out and healed up great.

OK gang, I am not real comfortable sharing the recipe for questionable treatments, especially illegal ones. This could potentially put the Frank Talk Board of Directors in a situation they are not interested in. This could be really bad news if somebody tries it and it fails miserably. Lately, everybody wants to sue everybody for everything. Generally referring to it I would think would be ok but, can we please refrain from offering dosages or directions how to make the stuff.

The official word, on behalf of the Board of Directors is;

PLEASE CONFIRM THE USEAGE OF ALL SUBSTANCES AND DOSAGES WITH YOUR MEDICAL DOCTOR.

Thanks everyone for you support and assistance. :)

Larry

I can see where you are coming from but I want to make it clear that HGH is not illegal if you get it prescribed from a Doctor. And many Doctors are willing to prescribe it. Obviously you shouldn't go out and buy it on "the street". If you do, you may even get a fake product.

At the risk of being redundant,

"PLEASE CONFIRM THE USAGE OF ALL SUBSTANCES AND DOSAGES WITH YOUR MEDICAL DOCTOR."

You don't need HGH for implant surgery. It is not the healing that takes so long it is the cycling. Some doctors start it a 2 weeks others can be 6 weeks. You have to take HGH for 3 months before it kicks in. It is great when you have long term healing like a football player with knee surgery.
