For those of you who did not mention about implantation to your partners:
what did you tell your partners for the time right after implantation that you were not (cannot)having sex?
how did you account for the recovery period that you did not (cannot) get intimate with your partners (those who do not live together with your partners/wives/girlfirends, etc)?

To anyone I didn't want to know the real situation a hernia operation usually shuts them up. My wife and my 3 grown kids are the ones who knew. I told my best friend and was sorry I did. Stone cold response of absolutely no questions. Be careful who you tell and be ready for the response.

Well I plan on taking the cowards way out and looking for a bit of sympathy saying I had testicular cancer. If anyone STILL has a problem with the implant I don't want them in my life anyway. REALLY.

Hi to all. There is another side to the coin. I was implanted three and a half years ago. 2- 26 - 14 18cm ams lgx and 4cm tips. I worked in the oilfelds at the time so there was no end of man power and different companies in the area. I told a few friends I worked with and the word spread like wild fire. Most when they heard about it assumed that I had a implant to make things bigger. It was quite a change in attitude when they learned more about it. Intact it changed from laughter to jealousy. It wasn't to long after the change in attitude I had two men from my company approach me for more info. The both of them are now part of the bionic club. I also had four men from other companies approach me for info. I heard one of them is now bionic. I have no idea about the other three. All these men did not know that anything like this existed. So yes I'm not shy or ashamed of having a implant and by talking about it I have helped three men get the information they needed to make a difficult decision. Just the other side of the coin to think about.

Thanks. To tell or not to tell is a personal question. Just keep in mind to help someone and answer questions when you can. Ask yourself would it have helped if you had someone to talk to face to face.
