Implant sizing and extra skin?

Hi, I've asked before about extra skin. I was implanted on May 25,2017 but I'm not satisfied with the length and I have extra loose skin. My wife doesn't like it because she says it doesn't reach her like before and it almost feels the entire thing moves with her. I attached pics if anyone can help tell me if the sizing is wrong. I was longer before with Caverject injections. Thanks.

If you have floppy head it is badly measured for sure

Stupid question...but how do I know for sure I have the floppy head syndrome? I feel it is the possibility but I'm not for sure.

Is your second picture with the device inflated? If it is so, it seems floppy glans

If your glans is not supported by the implant, if your glans doubles as a concorde, and folds when you have sex, this could be floppy glans

Dude,
When your soft, feel the underside of your dick. If you can feel the tips up to your corona from the underside, they are about half way into it from the top. Also if you shake your dick at the base and the head doesn't droop down, you don't have a floppy head. Also during your erection the head will be firm from the tips. Even if the head is a bit floppy, stretching may help and you can fuck if you use plenty of lube. As far as loose skin. I would ask if it can be removed or tightened. Chances are if your not the size you were, the implant may be too short. Make the doctor do it right. Show it to him and be up front about it. A good Dr. will admit his error and fix it.

Thank s for the responses. Yes these photos are fully erect. The Dr. recommended lots of lube which just causes it to fall out during different posistions. I kept hearing wait until 6 months to see results. My 6 months is coming up in Nov and I have a follow up appt with the Doc. I'll definitely address my concerns. I'm not asking to have a 12" dick but definitely wanted it to be where it was preop.

Man consult with a good surgeon, if the photos are with the inflated device as you said, it is clearly undersized.
If you have to go to a review do not go with anyone, just my advice, and less the doctor who did it wrong the first time

What size were you when hard prior to surgery? (Measured from top with pubic bone pressed by ruler)

At first glance it appears you were undersized.

Size before was about 6.4 inches. When I'm laying down it's not longer than 3.5. Standing up I measure 5.2. Also, I've had a couple of episodes where the inflate valve stuck and it wouldn't inflate. Not sure if that's just a coincident or a problem that could occur. With all of your experiences...was 6 months the key time period to regain the full length pre-op?

I am only slightly larger than you pre-op 6.75". However I was implanted with 2" more than you.

Admittedly implant lengths do not always equate to the same erection length in different bodies. However we should be in the same ball park. I think if you did a few searches on this forum, you would find that your implant is abnormally small when considering your pre-op length.

I am not a doctor, but I would assume you were considerably undersized.
