6 weeks out. All going well, but this week noticed that my scar is keloiding. Anyone have this happen, and what treatments did you use to reduce/eliminate the keloid.
56. Implanted 8/23/17 by Dr. Kramer. AMS LGX 700 21cm + 2. Developed a leak. Revised to Titan 24cm 5/20/20 by Dr. McGraw in Las Vegas.

Your only about 6 weeks out. It could be just the way it was stitched. My scar was like that as well but flattened out and healed fine. Give it some time. Im sure it will be fine.

Born 1958, married. Prostate Cancer. RRP November/2014. PSA undetectable since. Implant May/2017 AMS700LGX 18 cm + 1.5 cm RTEs.

I am at 10 weeks post surgery and have a small hard knot about 1/4" in circumference that forms a flap at one end of my incision - it is extremely sore still and is not quite healed. If I pull on it much, it bleeds a little. I was concerned about infection so took a 10 day course of Clindamycin. I think it was caused by a less than stellar sewing job at that one place on the incision. The soreness seems to be gradually lessening so I am just hoping it will eventually heal.

75 years old, Severe ED since Robotic Prostatectomy in 2010. Titan implanted 2014 by Dr Milam. Titan failed (tubing leak near cylinder) May 2017. Revision by Dr. Kramer on 7/26/17. Replaced cylinders and pump - upsized to 22 cm Titan, 1 cm RTE.

Thanks. I really just noticed it. It is not affecting function, but it is pretty pronounced. I emailed my doc, and aside from using some vitamin E, he essentially said the same as you.
