Things that I can not do when I have my implant?

Are there things that I can't do with a penile implant that I could do when I was a young buck? For instance, my girlfriend likes to have anal sex now and then. Will I be able to pump up hard enough to have anal sex? Are there other restrictions?

I enjoy anal sex , and was worried about that as well. I have no issues having anal sex with my husband. I also was concerned would it hurt my implant from me being on the receiving end as well... all is good.
The one thing that you will not be able to do is enjoy that state of arousal from the flaccid state to full on hard on with your partner. I miss that part , but now I can have sex as long as we want, or until he cannot take it any longer.
It does take some getting use to sleeping with as well. I have a Titan and they are firmer than the AMX in the flaccid state.

I completely agree. (And even before the E.D. that was caused by my prostatectomy in 2000, even aroused I couldn't get as hard as I used to because of (1) age and (2) heart condition. So I am a happy guy now!)
