How Durable is your implant?

Three sets of questions regarding durability that I've been curious about as I ponder and research the world of implants.

Are you averse to certain sexual positions? Example: My gf likes to be on top and leans back so I rub up the front inside of her on her G-spot.
Would that be a difficult or dangerous position for the implant?
When erect my penis points to about 3o'clock when i'm standing up so she feels like she's pushing/banding against the muscle (probably why she likes it).
But I could see that putting pressure on an implant or maybe I'm wrong??

I can get some stimulation/arousal from bending the shaft when it's erect(in the off chance it can get fully hard)
If you are/were familiar with that sensation, do you still get it with the implant?

Anyone ride a motorcycle or scooter? bicycle? any discomfort? anything you have to avoid or do you just situate things and continue on?

Perhaps these durability questions are more, what pressure are you comfortable applying to your implant?
It's probably military grade so I'm just over-thinking/over-curious haha.

Thanks guys!
