Im in my 20s and now have an implant

Postby Cnidium » Fri Oct 13, 2017 6:19 am

Sup boys,

I know I told many of you I would make a really detailed entry here about my experience with all this, and I will. But, not yet. I don't want to type a novel on back in bed nomsayin?

Some interesting things: Doctor had me inflate 3 days after surgery. I was able to locate and activate pump and deflate button easily. The very first time I pumped to a level which was harder than an erection I could achieve since my venous leak developed, it would have been very usable for sex right then and there. I pump once or twice a day, last night only once since the pain in my sac is insane still. Its only been a week since surgery, but I think everything will be fine.

I will fill in all the details later, but I just wanted to confirm by experience that Dr. Eid is having patients inflate ASAP. In fact, I am the first person I know of to inflate on the 3rd day post opp. He says to do so as long as you can handle the pain. His reasoning is that for certain penis' that the sooner you can inflate, the less likely the scar encapsulation around you cylinders will hinder your erection. Also, it will let you totally deflated at night so that your resevoir can be at max so that the scar tissue around that doesn't constrict it, which could lead to auto inflation.

I was implanted with a 25cm Titan (24cm +1rte).

I have had absolutely zero pain in my penis. I have had incredible pain in my ball sac, especially near the pump, that is mindblowing and thrilling (in a sick kind of way). I throw out all my pain meds on the second day because I have some strange notions that a real man doesn't take those, but not everything I have done in life has made sense.

Ask me anything I check this thread within 24hrs.

PEACE!
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

So far so good...
i was pretty sure you were going to get good results with all your research and your attitude.
And of course, considering the doc you chose.
Sounds a bit like my story. Well, I could impossibly inflate on day 3. I got going on day 13.
But I also had no pain in the dick and bad pain in scrotum.
Heal well. And that big Titan with minimal RTE usage (any RTE length less than the difference up to next cylinder size is acceptable, RTE length higher than that is not unless a specific medical reason) is going to give you the hardest dick on the planet.
Only matched by us other Titan Men...

Keep healing well and give Eid my regards.
He'll know me as the scandinavian guy who got stuck in NY over X-mas 2015...

Also remember, which I'm sure Eid has told you, you won't see the finished product in an other 4-6 months.
My dick actually kept growing for 12 months. With very moderate cycling.
43 yo, ED forever from VL
Fit and active
Implanted December 2015
Titan XL 24 cm, no RTEs
Dr. Eid
Activated day 13
Sex after 3 weeks
Gained length and girth
So far It works perfectly
Only one advice: Find a world class surgeon

Congratulations!! What an exciting time for you. Finally putting the bull shit behind you. At 27 im very eager to see what your experience is like. I'll be following closely to your story as I'm thinking about an implant to fix my ED and peyronies. Happy healing and I hope you have a lifetime of great sex
27
Peyronie's: 6 months, indents cause loss of 0.5 inches of girth, fibrosis growing, caused ED.
ED: 10mg Cialis daily, getting headaches, not interested in VED/injections.
Considering implant to avoid a lifetime of cialis and to correct deformity.

Merrix!!!

So glad to see you man. Eid asked me why I chose him, and I said for a number of reasons but also largely because a scandinavian guy on this forum made a very strong case for him. Eid asked when this man had seen him, and I told him around Xmas of 2015. Eid immediately remembered you (he didn't disclose any information about you). But ya, its good to see you around and I hope everything is going well with life and the implant.

Unfortunately I do technically have more than +1 RTE. So its like this... I have one RTE on my right side, but 2 RTEs on my left side. He said he had to do this because 4 years of corporal fibrosis and restricted blood floor in my left corporal body caused a small amount of atrophy that would cause the cylinders to bend (I know that sounds weird because titan's are supposed to be relatively bend immune). I trust that he made the correct decision because when I inflate my dick points perfectly straight and neither side is longer than the other.

Thanks again for your detailed thread, it really was a game changer for me.

Geophd,

Ill probably make an official thread, that details everything like why I got this done, why I choose the doctor I did, what the post-op experience was like, and what measures I took to ensure the best healing possible.

May I suggest that you create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

Yea going through this emotional ed roller coaster feels like a curse an the implant seems to be the only way to take control again. I haven't even activated yet but sitting here knowing that I'm going to be able to slay some pussy again is like the best dream I ever had that actually came true. I feel less stressed, It really helps you mentally.

I also activated mines on day 3; I had no problem whatsoever to inflate or deflate. I consider Dr. Eid the true golden standard. For all my previous implants, the activation were performed between 4 to 8 weeks after surgery.
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.
