Implant in 2 days

Hello everyone,
I am 38-year-old suffering from ED since the last 6 years. Started to notice reduced libido and difficulty in achieving and maintaining an erection after being started on Anti-Depressants (Pristiq) for Anxiety issues about the same time.
Have been taking Cialis 5mg daily for last 5 years and it became a hit and miss since the last 3 years. Was able to achieve an erection on some occasions but lost it soon after penetration. Spoke to the Doctors regarding this on many visits and they advised there is nothing much the can do.
Successfully stopped taking any form of antidepressants to cure me of the ED since last 2 years but no improvement in either libido or sexual function.
Desperate to get my self-respect and to save my marriage (been married for 10 years) searched for various treatments of ED. Came across a Doctor in Sydney who specialises in Mens health. Had a penile ultrasound done on his recommendation and found that the cause of my ED is Venous Leakage.
The GP advised getting a Cavernosogram done and suggested possible Venous Stripping Surgery by a Urologist in Sydney. He advises Venous stripping is a highly technical procedure and is a very long surgery. He also mentions that the procedure may still not be successful. After researching various treatment options for ED and coming across the solution of Penile Implant to cure ED, I asked his opinion about this treatment modality. He advised against this option as the Implant will have to be replaced at least 2-3 times considering my age.
While waiting to get an appointment for Cavernosogram, I looked for various Surgeons who perform The Penile Implant procedure and came across Dr Love in Melbourne.
Had a Skype appointment with Dr Love who confirmed that the best solution for my problem would be to get an implant He suggested that I get a Coloplast Titan Implant.
I have booked myself to get the surgery done on the 24th of October.
Feeling very nervous and tensed at this stage considering what is about to come. Feel hopeful at the same time reading the successful journey of people in the forum.
Would be grateful if anyone can advise with tips to recover quicker and to minimise post-op pain and swelling.
Please wish me luck.
