10 years of ED, tried just about everything, in need of help

First off, i’d like to say thanks to all of you. Post op I would read your stories all night, it gave me hope. My story begins at age 35, 10 years ago. I began to notice a lack of staying power. My wife was felt like it was her fault and began to distance herself. I began taking 5mg cialis, soon it was 10, then 20, it worked nicely for years. When it stopped working, I tried all of the others up to 100mg and almost went blind. I’d say 1 in 15 times it actually worked. Sex was so bad it was almost bringing her to divorce me. She’s smart, sexy, makes a whole lot of money, it wouldn't be hard for her to find someone new. Limp dick would be a much harder sell for me. Roughly 2 years ago, one evening she strolled out in super sexy lingerie and I was stoked. I picked her up and got her super hot. I bent her over a chair we started to have sex, I thought I was doing great, but my dick was nowhere near as full as my brain wanted/thought it to be. She asked me to stop. I honestly felt like killing myself that night. She could not understand what was happening and was fed up as well. My next step was the injection, super fun. The first office visit I injected myself, had a positive reaction and went home. It lasted 8 hours. I called after 4 and they said it would be OK. I then received my first trimix, I have bachelors in Biology so I knew how to properly mix the injection. The mix took a long time to be effective, but it did the job. I fell asleep and in the morning he was still there, in the afternoon I became really worried. After 24 hours I went to the hospital. They stuck we with literally about 20 needles, all over my dick and surrounding area. They finally cut into my head and shoved a tube in. I caution anyone against using trimix. It was truly a nightmare of blood and pain. I was in the hospital for 3 days. Afterwich I was no longer able to have an erection. My doctor then suggested an implant which I received this past January, 2017. A titan. The valve malfunctioned and I was self inflating for almost 2 weeks post op. 9 months later it works properly. Still slightly smaller than my original self. My issue now is that though it’s hard, the head doesn't stay filled, in particular when I lay on my back. I can only keep an erection that is actually useful for about 2 minutes and then the blood flows out and I'm left with this useless little, super stiff, dick. If she doesn't cum super fast, it won't happen, and then she gets frustrated and cries or becomes angry. I don't know what to do anymore. Does anybody have any tricks, creams, prayers? I’ll try anything short of lighting him on fire. Which is not true, I would actually light my dick on fire, if it were possible to give her a solid orgasm again.

Sounds like you need a cock ring... Once you're nice and plump put on a cock ring and should keep you good to go. I've read that from many others on this forum. Probably a rubber/elastic one? Research them and figure out which one will be comfortable and provide grip at the base. Also, try sitting up against the wall instead of fully flat, it's a gravity thing.

I want to ask because these questions are very relevant to many men currently considering implants:
Does your penis head (glans) get engorged like normal all other times/positions, just not maintained when on your back? Did you penis get engorged AT ALL prior to surgery?

Does this mean the implant actually improved engorgement of your penis but it's not perfect when laying down?

Are you taking cialis/viagra with the implant? Give it a try

are you not able to keep it engorged in missionary? Is she not able to orgasm from missionary sex with the engorged implanted dick?

What is the difference between your penis with blood flowing in it vs a little super stiff dick. With an implant sized correctly these should not be that different.

Try the ring/seated position/and cialis. If still not working pursue a second opinion on revision surgery by top surgeon to size implant better so that when blood flows out your dick is still good to go.

Really sad story. My heart goes to you. I agree with the previous poster that you might not be sized properly. If sized properly, the cyclinders should be way into the glans. Additionally, there might be a psychological factor to it for a fear of failure. Did you try to eat her first to orgasm? Did you try other positions where you’re in control?

Talk to your dr. I have a titan and stayed hard for 3 hours at 5 weeks. The otr has an auto inflate feature

I didn't know you could use a ring along with the implant. I've never actually used one, I didn't know if it would hurt the cylinders. My head and shaft resemble my old self (engorged) for about 2 minutes at the initiation of sex. it's almost like a really bad case of pre-ejaculation. The balloon inside of me is still hard, but rest is gone. I tried using the pills along with the implant and my doctor said to stop, if it were to stay hard again I'd have to get the whole thing replaced.

Oral is not really a solution. She thinks its gross.

I would strongly suggest you see one of the high volume implant docs. It is likely they have seen your very unique situation before. You have nothing to lose at this point.

The nurse told me he does two or three a week. It took me almost 3 months to get an appointment. I'm guessing the lack of blood flow is due to the shunt they stuck in me for my priapism. Of course I got a bad cold this weekend so I wasn't able to try out the cock ring, fucking Midwest.

I honestly don't know the dimensions they installed in me.
