My surgery is quickly approaching, and considering the life of the implant, i'm going to be stuck with the model i get for a long time. First, i am giving my surgeon the final say on what he should put in, but if its an open discussion i'd like to know which model i'd prefer. i asked this before but i didn't get much responses hopefully i will get more now. My only concern is the implant filling out my girth. I imagine it feeling very unsatisfying if it didn't, it would feel like ED. I like the ams CX but i'd like to know if without any arousal can the CX fill out my girth of about 5.5"? I have a feeling it wouldn't. Otherwise i would 100% opt for the titan i feel like its the only viable option. Can anyone fill me in on their experience with the CX. Does it have the capability?

With my new stretching routine for length and girth, my AMS CX has done what it is supposed to do . My erect girth has increased at the base by .5. I am now 5.5 in girth and 7 in length when erect.

I too have girth concerns because my peyronie's has thinned my dick! My research shows that the Titan is probably best for girth. The titan is "known" for its hardness and girth, and being longer in the flaccid state.

I say, I want to get the hardest and girthiest I can get (Titan). If the flaccid state is a little big, so be it. I'll wear compression underwear (I always have anyway) and deal with it.

Of course, the titan requires good sizing because it won't expand in length.

Let us know what you're going with. Please, take a picture of your best erection now, then share the best erection picture and the after picture with us. We're not perves trying to see your dick, we just want to see the difference. There is a lack of before and after pictures on here.

Thank you for the quick responses and PM's. From people's personal experience it seems they have no problem getting 5.5" with the ams. Thanks for the replies. I've got the answer i was looking for, ill just confirm my concerns with my surgeon and the rest should be fine.

I am at 5.5

I was 6.5" in girth, with X 7.25" L, and neither a CX or a LGS gave me back the same girth. My length is back plus or minus 0.25". So, for my upcoming revision (pretty soon) will go with the Titan XL.

I'm on day 7 so I haven't been activated. MY girth prior to the surgery was 12.2 cm. Right now I'm at 14.5. My Dr. (Kramer) uses all the models. I wanted the AMX LGX because of the more natural look but left it up to the Dr. Because of a minor bend and hourglass (Peyronies?) he installed the Coloplast Titan Touch (20cm + 1RTE). I'm happy with it because I feel like I will get all I can get with it.
